SATISFACTION OF MORTGAG$

FLORBLiCS H. McCLURE, the owners and holders, by assiqnment, of a
certain mortgage deed executed by J. B. BR~sWSR~ JR. and VIOLA B.
BRhWSR, his wife, to C. A. HILLIARD and $ULA B$LLE HILLIARD, his
wife, bearing date the 18th day of August, 1959, recorded in Mort-
gage Book 158 at page 656 of the public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, upon the property situate in St. Lucie County, Florida,
described as follows~ to-wit:
Al1 of that part of the W~ of S$~ of Sec. 18, Twp. 35
South, Range 40 Sast, lying East of Five Mile Creek
and all of that part of the IJ$~ of NW~ of NE~ of Sec.
19, Twp. 35 South, Range 40 East, ~lying $ast of Five
Mile Creek and North of Okeechobee Road. Containing
69.14 acres more or less; together with all cultivating
~machinery and equipment now located thereon.
And we hereby-direct the Clerk of the Circuit Court to cancel the
said mortgage of record.
