WARRAN'PY DESD
THIS WARttAN'PY DEED made the 9th day of July, A. D. 1968,
by CATI~RII~ R. CARLISLE and L. O. CARLISLS. her husband,
hereinafter called the grantar, ~ NORTH ST. LUCI$ RIVER
DRAINAGE DISTRICT, a quas~-municipal corporation existing
under the laws of the State of Florida, with its permanent
postoffice address at Route 4, Box 611-A,
Fort Pierce, Florida.. hereinafter called the grantee:
(Wherever used herein the terms "grantor" and
"qrantee" include a~.l the parties to this in-
strument and the heirs, legal~representatives
and assigns of indivtduals, and the successors
" and assigns of corporations.)
WITNESSETB: That the qrantor, for and in consideration,
of the sum of $10.00 and other valuable considerations, re-
ceipt whereof is hereby acknowl~qed, hereby qrants, bargains,
sells, aliens, remises, releases, conveys and confirms unto
the qrantee, all that certain land situate in St. Lucie
County, Florida, to wit :
That part of Section 22, Township 36 South, Range
40 East, b~uhd;- by the west right of way line of
Oleander Avenue, the north line of Lot 1, Block
18, Unit 2, and~the west line of Section 22, Town-
ship 36 Soutli, Range 40 East, being a small tri-
. angle of land lying in its entirety in Unit 2, •
RIVER PARK SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof on
file in Plat Book 10, at page 72, of the public
i i~~f records of St. Lucie County, Florida. Subject
