created by the Acts of the Florida Legislature of 1949, with its principal
office at 901 Bvernia Street, and whose mailing address is Post Office Box 1671,

the first part, and BBIABGATB CORPOEtATION, a Florida corporatiori, of the County
of 3t. Lucie, in the State of Florida, party of the second part;

condition shall constitute a cavenant running with the land herein conveyed.
