ADDENDUM TO ARTICLES OF AGREEMENT
THIS ADDENDUM TO ARTICLES OF AGREEMENT made and
entered into this ~_~of May, 1968 by and between EDMUND M. R.ADKE
and DORIS M. RADKE, his wife, hereinafter called 8rst parties and

WHEREAS, the parties hereto did,on October 20, 1966, enter

i~E into a certain Articles of Agreement duly recorded in Official Records Book
i~ ~6 z at Page Z of the Public Recards of St. Lucie County, Florida;

which said Articles of A,greement is presently in good standing with no

default or breach existing thereunder. And

WHEREAS, said Articles of Agreement does provide for the

~ purchase and sale of certain property situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, ,

according to a plat thereof recorded in Plat ;

WHEREAS, the parties hereto upon due reflection have decided to ~

: amend said Articles of Agreement and now desire to commit such amendment~

NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises as well as a
