of the first part, releases forever its mortgaqe lien priority on
the rig?it-of-way and easement granted by CARL PAUL WILD and SELMA
R. WILD, his wife, to the CITY OF FORT PI$RCS, a municipal corpor
' tion existing under the laws of thZ State of Florida, its success
ors and assigns~ party of the second part, by Grant Of Right-Of-
Way And $asement For Pipeline, dated July 12, 1968, upon the fol-
lowing described property, to-wit:
A strip of land 50 feet in width extending
through the SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section
29, Township 35 South, Range 40 $ast; said
50 foot strip lying Southeasterly of, parallel
to and contiguous with and as measured at right
angles to the Southerly right-of-way of Florida

except the West 128 feet for road and canal

WITNESSETH: That in consideration of the sum of Ten
Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable considerations paid by the
party of the second part to the party of the first part, receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, and the execution and delivery of
the attached Grant Of Right-Of-Way And Easement For Pipeline by
the owners of the lands hereinabove described, the party of the
first part, being the owner and holder of all the indebtedneas
secured by the said mortqage, dated 3 , 19,~,
