and for the County of St. LuciQ, State of Florida, in O.R. Book
at page conveying for that purpose certain lancl
together with an easement and right-of-way from CARL PAUL WILD an
STLMA R. WILD, his wife, to INDIAN-RIVSR FOODS~ INC.~ a.Florida
corporation, by instrument dated February 9, 1966, and recorded i
O.R. Book 138, at pages 160-162t of the public records of St.
Lucie Countyr Florida, and in the attached Grant Of Right-Of-Way
And Fasement For Pipeline which is made a part hereof, hereby-
grants to the CITY OF FORT PIERCR, a muriicipal corporation exist-
ing under the laws of the State of Floridat its successors and
assigns, the same Right-Of-Way And Easement For Pipeline deacribe
recorded in O.R.Book 172, page 2350, St.Lucie County public reco ds,
in the said 7!~ Grant/and agrees that such right-of-way and
easement shall be prior and paramount to all rights under said
mortgage deed or lien and that any sale for foreclosure of same
shall be subject to such right-of-way and easement for pipeline.
TO HAVE AND 10 HOLD said right-of-way and easement unto
the party of the second part, its successors and assigns forever.
IN WITNESS WI~REOF, the ST. LUCIE COUNTY BANK, of Fort
Pierce, Florida, a banking corporation, has caused these presents
to be signed in its name, and its corporate seal hereunto affixed
by its proper ofticers duly authorized, this 9th day of
August, 1968.
