RIGHT-OF-WAY AND EAS~sMSNT
The BARNBTT FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF JACKSONVILLS, Jack-
sonville, Florida, a banking corporation, party of the first part,
releases forever its mortgage lien priority on the right-of-way
and easement granted by CARL PAUL WILD and SEI~1A R. WILD, his ~
wife, to the CITY OF FORT PIERCE, a municipal corporation exist-
ing under the laws of the State of Florida,. its successors and
assigns, party of the second part, by Grant Of Right-Of-Way And
$asement For Pipeline, dated July 12, 1968, upon the following
described property, to-wit:
A strip of land 50 feet in width extending
through the SW~ of SW~ of Section 29, Town-
ship 35 South, Range 40 East; said 50 foot
strip lying southeasterly of, parallel to
' and contiguous with and as measured at right
~ angles to the southerly right of way of Flo-
rida I:ast Coast Railroad Cut-Off Branch; LSSS
and except the West 128 feet for road and canal
right of way: AND
A strip of land 50 feet in width extending

strip lying southeasterly of, parallel to
and contiguous with and as measured at right
angles to southerly right of way,of Florida

~ WITNESSETH; That in consideration of the sum of Ten
($10.00) Dollars and other valuable considerations paid by the
party of the second part to the party of the first p~rt, receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, and the execution and delivery
of the attached Grant Of Right-Of-Way And Easement For Pipeline:
by the owners of the lands hereinabove described, the party of
the first part, being the owner and holder of all the indebted-
nesa secured by a certain mortgage dated April 10, A. D., 1964,
and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court
