to the CITY OF FORT PI$RCE, a municipal corporation existing
under the laws of the State of Florida, its successors and assiqn~

- recorded in 0. R. Book 172, page 2350, St.Lucie County pre~~
said a~ grant/and agrees that such right-of-way and ease- ~
ment shall be prior and paramount to all rights under said

mortqage deed or lien and that any sale for foreclosure of same
shall be subject to such right-of-way and easement for pipeline.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD said riqht-of-way arid easement unto
the party of the second part, its successors and assigns forever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the BARNETT FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF
JACKSONVILLE, of Jacksonville, Florida, a bankinq corporation,
has caused these presents to be signed in its name, and its
