MORTGAGB DEED
9 day of August A,D.
TH~S MORTGAGB DEED executed the ~
1968 by BRIARGATE OORPoRATION, a corporation existing under the
laws of Plorid a, and having its principal place of business at
Route #4, Box #450 (Edwards Road), Port Pierce, Plorida, here-
inafter called the mortgagor, to PLORIUA BANK AT PORT PIERCE,
a corporation existing under the laws of the State of Plorida,
with its permanent postoffice address at Post Off ice Box 3469,
Fort Pierce, Florida, hereinafter called the mortgagee:
WITNESSETH, that for good and valuable considera~ion, and
also in consideration of the aggregate sum named in the promissory
note of even date herewith, hereinafter described, the mortgagor
hereby grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises, conveys and con-
firms unto the mortgagee all the certain land of which the
mortgagor is now seized and in possession situate in St. Lucie
County, Florida, viz:
The North ~ of the SE~ of Section 32, Township 34 South,
Range 40 East, St. Lucie County, Fiorida, LESS AND EXCEPT
the following:

i 1. The East 50 feet thereof. ~
2. A sfirip of land 80 feet in width being 40 feet on
each side of the following described centerline and ex-
tending through the SE~ of said Section 32:

Beginning at a point on the centerline of Juanita
Avenue, said point being on the East line of said
Section 32 and 1320 feet North of the Southeast corner
of said Section 32, according to thel Plat of ~Paradise
Park, recorded in Plat Book 8, page 17; from said
point of beginning run Westerly 2661.87 feet, more
or less, to a point on the quarter section line of
said section which is 1301.51 feet North of the
Southwest corner of the SE~t of said Section 32 as
measured along said quarter section line; thence
continue Westerly 2668.63 feet, more or less, to a
~ point"on the West line of said Section 32, said point
being the centerline of Juanita Avenue as shown on
Plat of Harmony Heights, No. 4 as recorded in Plat-
Book 9, page ?1, and being 1332.3 feet North of the
Southwest corner of said Section 32, according to
said Plat of Harmony Heights, No. 4, containing 4.8 ~
acres, more or less.
3. A parcel of land 250 feet square more particularly
described as follows:
