of the West right of way line of North 25th Street
and the North right of way line of Juanita Avenue;
thence run North 250 feet along said West right of
way line of North 25th Street; thence run West parallel
with the North right of way line of Juanita Avenue,
250 feet; thence turn and run South, 250 feet to a
point on the North right of way line of Juanita Avenue, -
said point being 250 feet West of the point of beginning;
thence East 250 feet to the point of beginning.
4. Right of way for Fort Pierce Farms Drainage District
canal, 135 feet in width along the North side of
said N~ of the SE~ of said Section 32, which was
appropriated by said Drainage District in Chancery '
Order Book 3, page 293.
SUBJEGT TO Drainage Easement to St. Lucie County,Florida over
the West 20 feet of the NW~ of SE~ of said Section 32, as
recorded in O.R.Book 144, Page 445, public records of St.
Lucie County, Florida.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, together with the tenements, heredita-
ments and appurtenances theeto belonging, and the rents, issues
and profits thereof, unto the mortgagee, in fee simple.
AND the mortgagor covenants with the mortgagee that the -
