(D) All payments for release of land shall be applied to
~ the next maturing installments of principal maturing under the
note secured hereby. That is to say, that mortgagor is not to
be given credit for any sums previously paid to mortgagee for
the payment of said note. That any requested release of acres
or lots shall only be credited and applied to the next maturing
installments of principal.
(E) The mortgagor shall not be entitled to procure the
release of any land, while this mortgage, and the note secured
hereby, are in default.
IN WITNESS,WHEREOP, the mortgagor has caused these presents
to be executed by its proper officers, who are thereunto duly
authorized, and its corporate seal to be affixed hereto, all
