Beginning at a point on the centerline-of Juanita Avenue, said

said point of beqinning run Westerly 2661.87 feet, more or lese,

said Section 32, as recorded in O. R. Hook 144, page 445, public records ~
of St. Lucie County, Florida. ~
And said grantora do hereby~fully warrant the title to said land, and
will defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons whomso-
ever.
