1. The East 50 feet thereof.
2. A strip of land 80 feet in width being 40 feet on each side of
the following described centerline and extending through the SE~
of said Section 32:
Beginning at a point on the centerline of Juanita Avenue, said
point being on the East line of said Section 32 and 1320 feet
North of the Southeast corner of said Section 32, according to
the Plat of Paradise Park, recorded in Plat Book 8, page 17; from
said point of beginning run Westerly 2661.87 feet, mo=e or less,
to a point on the quarter section line of said section which is •
1301.51 feet North of the Sonthwest corner of the SE~ of said
Section 32 as measured along said quarter section line; thence con-
tinue Westerly 2668.63 feet, more or less, to a point on the W~st
line of said Section 32, said point being the centerline of Juanita
Avenue as shown on~Plat of Harmony Heights, No. 4 as recorded in
; Plat Book 9, page 71, and being 1332.3 feet North of the Southwest
corner of said Section 32, according to said Plat of Aarmony

Beginning at the Northwest corner of the intersection of the West

~ line of Juanita Avenue; thence run North 250 feet along said West
~ right-of-way line of North 25th Street; thence run West parallel
` with the North right-of-way line of Juanita Avenue, 250 feet; thence
f - turn and run South, 250 feet to a point on the No~r~Fi. right-of-way
x line of Juanita Avenue, said point being 250 feet West of the point
of beginning; thence East 250 feet to the point of beginning.

4. Right-of-way for Fort Pierce Farms Drainage District canal,

of St. Lucie County, Florida.
And said grantors do hereby fully warrant the title to said land, and
will defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons whomso-
