MODIFICATION AGREEMENT

recorded in Mortgage Book under Clerk's No. 26563, public records of

St. Lucie County, Florida, and which said mortgage secured the original ~

i! ~ amount of $15, 000.00, which said mortgage provides monthly payments of ;

;i WHEREAS, parties of the second part assumed and agreed to ~

pay said mortgage by Warranty Deed, dated December 2, 1957, recorded i

WHEREAS, there now remains unpaid on said note and mortgage~
