~ privilege of paying said balance in monthly payments of $75. 00 per month,

and thereafter to a the sum of $75.00 on the first da of each and every

~ In consideration of the premises and of the party of the first

ments to ~75. 00 per month, parties of the second part covenant and agree

hereinabove provided and to pay interest on said balance at the rate of 6, b

'Ihe parties hereto further covenant and agree that all terms and

conditions of said mortgage and note dated February 4, 1953, shall remain ~
