point of commencement run along the water's edge of the Indian River in a
Southeasterly direction some 34 chains, more or less, to the Northeast
corner of the land of Albert Ernst Schaef, run thence along the North line
of Schaef's land, West 40.20 chains, more or less to the West line of the
East half of the Northeast quarter of Section 30, same township and
Range, thence run North along the said West line of the East half of the
Northeast Quarter of Section 30, a distance of 25.50 chains more or less,

Section line a distance of 29.50 chains, more or less, to the pl~e of
beginning.
