R. R. TILTON being first duly sworn~deposes and
says:
1. That he is over the age of 21 years and is and
has been for over fourteen years last past engaged in the real
estate business at Jensen Beach, Florida;
2. That he is familiar with the lands and"premises
described in a Warranty Deed from Suripides Rodriguez and

Ann T. Rodriguez, his wife to Vernon A. Cavinder and Marjorie
Cavinder, his wife, dated February 27, 1967 and recorded in
Official Records Book 164, page 2844, St. Lucie County, Florida,
public records and that he was acquainted with the grantors
~ named in said deed during~the period between August 16, 1960
~ ~
~ and March 9, 1967;

~ 3. Your deponent further states that the said Ann
T. Rodriguez who executed and acknowledged the said deed as
grantor and wife of Suripides Rodriguez was the same person
as Anna T. Rodriguez who was mentioned as one of the grantees
~
and the wife of Euripides Rodriguez in a Warranty Deed from
Vernon Cavinder and Marjorie Cavinder, his wife, dated August
16, 1960 and recorded in Deed Book 260 at page 558, St. Lucie
County,Florida public records.
