IaTOW ALL MEN BY THESS PR~SENTS, that I, BESSIE L. MORGAN, ~
the owner and holder of that certain mortgage dated JLily 3, 1968,
and filed July 10, 1968, in O.R. Book 172, at pages 1929-31, of
the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, encumbering Lot
2, Block 5, T'humb Point, as per plat thereof on file in Plat Book
10, page 79, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, do hereby
subordinate the lien and operation of said mortgage to that certain
mortgage dated July 11, 1968, filed July 22, 1968, in O.R. Book
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
I72, at page 2495,/in favor of CITIZENS FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN
ASSOCIATION OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY.
