(1) Bank ':1~Iortgage shall be prior to Association Lien on the lands described in Bank Mortgage.
(2) On crops coming into existence after any default in Bank Mortgage, or note secured thereby, Bank
\iortgage shall be prior to Association Lien ercept as follows: Association Lien, so far as same se-
cures ad~~ances for production and marketing of crops, shall be and continue superior to Bank Mort-
gage on the crops for the production and marketing of which said advances were made.
(3) Except as herein specifically provided the priority of Association Lien shall remain unchanged.
And Association hereby agrees that iu the event it assigus Asscx:iatiou Lieu, the assignment will recite
the fact that Association Lirn has been subordinated to Bank \(ortgage.
