DEDICATION OF EASEMENT
KNOW ALL MBN BY THESE PRESENTS, That:
THIS INDENTURI: executed this 7th day of Auqust ,1968, by GENERAL
DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, a Delaware corporation authorized to~transact
business in the State~of Florida, with its principal offices at 2828
Coral Way, Miami, Dade County, Florida, hereinafter referred to as
General .
WITNESSETH THAT: ~
WHEREAS, General did heretofore cause to be recorded among the Public
Recor~ds of St. Lucie County, Florida, that certain subdivision plat en-
titled "RIVER VISTA" recorded in Plat Book 13 at Paqes 18 and 18A of
the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; and •

WHEREAS, said recorded plat provides that a strip of land six (6) feet
wide alonq the side lines of each lot in the subdivision shall be re- ~
served for the installation and maintenance of public utilities and ;
drainage facilities; but an exception is made where more than one lot ~
is intended as a building site, or where parts of one or more lots are
intended as a building site, in which event or events the outside boun-
daries of said buildinq site shall carry said~easements.

WIiEREAS, General is the present fee owner of record of Lots 7 and 8,
Block 3,~a11 according to the plat of "RIVER VISTA", as recorded in Plat
Book 13 at Pages 18 and 18A of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida .
NOW, THEREFORE, General does hereby declare that notwithstanding the
provision in the original plat that only outside boundaries of a build-
ing site shall carry such easements where more than one lot or parts of
one or more lots are intended as a building site, nothing shall be con-
strued to impair, eliminate or set aside said easement reserved for the
installat~on and maintenance of public utilities and drainage facilities, .
over the following described property: ~
~ The Southeasterly six (6) feet of Lot 7 and the North~ester-
~ ly six (6) feet of Lot 8, both of Block 3 of "RIVER VISTA"
~ as recorded in Plat Book 13 at Pages 18 and 18A of the Pub-
~ lic Records of St. I,ucie County, Florida.
~ IN WITNESS WHEREOF, General has caused these presents to be signed in ~
its name by its duly authorized,officers naiaed below and its corporate ~
seal to be affixed hereto on the day and year herein first above written.

and County aforesaid personally appeared on this date Orren R. McJunkins
and David A. Doheny, respectively Vice-President and Secretary of the a- i
bove named corporation incorporated under the laws of the State of Dela-
ware, to me known to be the individuals and officers described in and
who executed the foregoing instrument and severally acknowledged the
execution thereof to be their free act and deed as such officers there-
unto duly anthorized; that the official seal of said corporation is
duly affixed thereto; and that said instrument is the act and deed of
said corporation.
