DEDICATION OF EASEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN SY THESE PRESENTS, That:
THIS INDENTURE executed this 7th day of August ,1968, by
GSNERAL DEVELOPMSNT CORPORATION, a Delaware corporation
a horized to
transact business in the State of Florida, with its principal offices
at 2828 Coral Way, Miami, Florida, hereinafter referred to as General;
WITNESSETii, THAT: _
WHEREAS, General did heretofore cause to be recorded among the Public
Records of St. Lucie Courity, Florida, that certain subdivision plat
entitled "RIVER PARK -UNIT 7" recorded in Plat Book 12 at Paqes 41
thru 41A of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; and
WHEREAS, said recorded plat provides that a strip of land six (6) feet `
wide alonq the side lines of each lot in the subdivision shall be re- ~
served for the installation and maintenance of public utilities and
drainaqe facilities; but an exception is made where more than one lot
is intended as a building site, or where parts of one or more lots are
intended as a building site, in which event or events the outside boun-
daries of said building site shall carry said easements.
WHEREAS, General is the present fee owner of record of I,ots 6 and 7, in
Block 62, all according to the Plat of "RIVER PARR -UNIT 7" as record-
ed in Plat Book 12 at Paqes 41 and 41A of the Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida; and
NOW, THEREFORE, General does hereby declare that notwithstanding the
provision in the original plat that only outside boundaries of a build-
ing site shall carry such easements where more than one lot or parts of
one or more lots are intended as a buildinq site, nothinq shall be
construed to impair, eliminate or set aside said easement reserved for
the installation and maintenance of.public utilities and drainage fa-
cilities over the following described property:
The East six (6) feet of Lot 6 and the West six (6)
feet of Lot 7, both of Block 62, of "RIVER PARK-UNIT
7" as recorded in Plat BooJc 12 at Pages 41 and 41A of
the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Gene=al has caused these presents to be signed in
its name by its duly authorized officers named below and its corporate
seal to be affixed hereto on the day and year herein first above writ-
ten.
