OF ENCUMBRANCES
At Miami, Florida, in said Distri~t, on the

Upon the Rule 14 Report and Petition of the Trustee
of said Bankrupt to marshal liens and interest and sell certain
rea1. property free and clear therefrom, duly filed herein, and
upon the Order on Rule 14 Report entered herein on June 28,
1968; and upon the Answer of First National Bank of Fort Pierce,
duly fi2ed herein,sand it appearing that due notice in writing
of the hearing on said Rule 14 Report was given as required by
law to the respondents named in said Rule 14 Report, and notice
to the creditors of said bankrupt of the hearing on said
report being unnecessary, and after due con~ideration of sai.d
Rule 14 Report and Petition, the said Answer of First National
Bank of Fort Pierce, and the evidence and testimony presented
at said hearing by Thomas H. Thurlow, Jr., attorney for the
Trustee, and Charles R. P. Brown, attorney for First National i

Bank of Fort Pierce, now it is found that said real estate i

described in the Rule 14 Report and Petition is in the possession '
of the Trustee; and ~
1. That respondent, First National Bank of Fort Pierce,
Fort Pierce, Florida, has a good and valid lien upon said real
estate in the sum of 55,403.04, pZus interest thereon from
December 31, 1965, at 696 per annum by virtue of the mortgage
set up in its answer, said mortgage dated October 30, 1963,
and recorded in Official Records Book 73, page 652, Public Records
