pro~eeds of the sale of said real estat~after the payment of
costs and taxes; ~
2. That in view of the request of numerous lease-
holders who may or may not have a valid lien on or interest in
. said real estate, for further time wi~hin which to present their ~
~ alleged claims to said real estate, the question of any lien
or interest in the subject real estate arising by reason of
the said leases shall be determined at a later date, and any~
such lien or interest in the subject real property which may be
held by the leaseholders, whose names are more particularly set
forth in Exhibit 1 attached to the Debtor's Petition filed herein
on February 3, 1966, and the Order on the Rule 14 Report, shall
be transferred to and shall constitute a second lien upon the
proceeds of the sale of said real estate after the payment of
costs, taxes, and the mortgage held by First National Bank of
Fort Pierce; that at a subsequent hearing, upon due notice to

all leaseholders, this court shall determine whether the said
leases constitute a valid lien on or interest in the proceeds
of the sale;
~ 3. That Indian River Plants, Inc., and Delta Supply

~ Company are not entitled to a lien upon the s aid real estate
~ for the reason that both judgment liens were recorded in the
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, within four months
before the filing of the Debtor's Petition herein at a time when
F-W-M, Inc., the ba:-ikrupt herein, was insolvent within the ~

meaning of Section 67 of the Bankruptcy Act; and the aforesaid f
judgment liens are hereby declared null and void and the
subject real property is hereby discharged from said liens;
~ 4. The court further finds that the Trustee herein has

made a diligent effort to sell the sub~ect real estate at private and
.public sale; that the offer from Bank of Stuart, a Florida Banking
Corporation, to purchase the said real estate for the
