sum of t10,000.00, is a reasonable offer and should be accepted
in view of the appraisals of said•real property and the present
physical condition of said real property; and it fUrther -
appearing that it is in the best interest of the estate of
said barikrupt to sell said real property to Bank of Stuart
at private sale for the sum of 510,000.00 free and clear of
all encumbrances and interest, and the rights of all parties
having a lien or interest in, or possible lien or interest in said -
real property having been transferred to the proceeds to be
derived from the sale thereof, it is therefore
ORDERED that the prayer of the Trustee~s Rule 14 ~
Report and Petition be, and it is hereby granted, and said .
. Trustee is directed to sell, free and clear of all encumbrances
and interests at private sale to Bank of Stuart for the sum of
~10,000.00, the real property of the said bankrupt lying arid
being in St. Lucie County, Florida, and described as follows:
TRACT 2. The East Half (E 1/2) of the East Ha1f of the
Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) of the Northeast
Quarter (NE 1/4) of Section Thirty (30) Town-
ship Thirty-five South (35 S) Range Forty East
(40 E), less and excepting the South 40Q feet
thereof. ~
TRACT 2. Begin at a point on the right-of-way line of
Edwards Road, 20 feet West of the Southeast
corner of the South Half (S 1/2) of the West
Half ~ W 1/2 ) of the East Half ~E 1/2 ) of the
Northeast Quarter ~of the Northeast Quarter
(NE 1/4) of Section~Thirty (30) Township Thirty-
: five South (35 S) Range Forty East (40 E); from
said point of beginning run thence North parallel
to the East _,line of the West Half (W 1/2 ) of the
East Half (E 1/2) of the Northeast Quarter
(NE 1/4) of said Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) to
a point 20 feet West of the East line of ~he
West Half (W 1/2) of the East Half (E 1/2) of

along said line to the right-of-way of Edwards
