Estate of said Bankrupt, duly filerl herein, requesting an Order to
sell, free and clear from liens, certain real property belonqing to

J. Deane~ Joseph DePaola~ Margaret Kaste, D. F. Heberling~ C. & A.

; by way of lien or otherwise, and to determine the validity of the

the same, it is hereby •
ORDERED, that the aforesaid parties claiminq an interest by
way of lien or otherwise, shall_file thefr written Answers~ Objections,
to summary jurisdiction or other responsive pleading in this Court,
toqether with a copy thereof upon Thurlow and Thurlow~ Attorneys . ~
