Range Forty East (40S) ].ess and exceptinq the i.~~ East 20 feet thereof. ~ ' 2. THAT an appraisal of the above-described property by Roland _ G. I,ueder and~James B. Rock, as of December 23, 1965, valued Parcel iz 2 at 512~547.50; Parcel 2 at S262.50; Parcel 6 at 52,047.50; for a total va].uation of 514,857.S0. That said appraisers also placed an additional value of 54,240.00 on the paved road located on Parcel 2 and an additional value of 575~000.00 on the greenhonses located on Parcel 2, said valuation inclnding the value of fans and heaters ' located thereiri. 3. THAT an appraisal by Robert M. Jerniqan snd Carl Gosbee~ as of December 23, 1965, valued Parcel 1 at 54,500.00; Parcel 2 at 5440.00; Parcel 6 at 52,475.00; for a total valuation of 57,415.00. That said appraisers also placed a valuation of 563,116.00 on the greenhouses located on Parcel l, said valuation excluding the value , of the exhaust fans and heaters located therein. - ~ 4. TIi~T your Petitioner has made a di].iqent effort to sell the above-described parce~s of real estate at private and public sale; that your Petitioner •~as unsuccessfnl in obtaininq any suitable offers for the sale of said property at a public bankruptcy sale duly advertised and he~,d on September 13, 1967. 5. THAT your Petitioner has received an offer from Bank of _ Stuart, a Florida banking corporation, to purchase Parcels 2, , and 6~ free and c].ear of any liens or encumbrances~ for the sum of 510~000.00, pursuant to the terms and conditions of a contract for saXe entered into by your Petitioner, as Trustee, and said Bank of Stuart, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. 6.
