3. To determine the validity and value of the aforesaid
first mortgage held by First National Bank of !'ort Pierce~ and if
said lien is_fonnd to be valid,..to order that payment of the same
out of the pro~eeds of said sale;
4. To grant such other and further re~ief as eqnity may
