TRUSTEE' S DEED ~ a~ ~ n~'
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS THAT:
WHEREAS, upon a voluntary Petition in Bankruptcy filed in the
United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, ~
on February 3, 1966, F-W-M, INC., a Florida corporation, was there-
after duly adjudged bankrupt, whereupon the administration of said
bankrupt's estate was duly referred to the Honorable J. Edward
Houston, one of the referees of said Court in Bankruptcy, before
whom such proceedings thereafter were had and the undersigned was
duly appointed Trustee of said bankrupt's estate and effects and
thereupon duly qualified, and has: been ever since a~ting as Trustee;
and
WHEREAS, upon the report and P~tition of the undersigned Trus-
tee pursuant to Rule 14, Bankruptcy Rules of the U. S. District
Court for the Southern District of Florida, said Court did, on June
28, 1968, enter its Order directing First National Bank of Fort
Pierce, Indian River Plants, Inc., Delta Supply Company, and var-
ious alleged leaseholders, claiming to hold interests in the here-
~ inafter described real estate by way of lien or otherwise, to set
up their respective claims to said real estate and show cause why
an Order should not be entered authorizing the sale of said real
~ estate free and clear of all liens and encumbrances, and due notice
~ having been given to said claimants of the time and place of the
~
~ hearing on said Rule 14 Report and Petition; and
WHEREAS, at West Palm Beach, Florida, on July 24, 1968, the .
place and time so specified in said Notice, the Court did enter its
Order authorizing the sale of the hereinafter described real pro-
perty free and clear of said claims of lien and interest, to Bank
af Stuart, a Florida banking corporation, for the sum of Ten

~ Thousand (E10,000.00) Dollars; _
NOW, therefore, I, the undersigned Trustee in Bankruptcy of
said F-W-M, INC., by virtue of the title and powers in me vested
by the provisions of the Bankruptcy Act and by said Orders of Court
authorizing said sale and confirming the same; and for and in con-
sideration of the sum of Ten Thousand (5~9~000.00) Dollars to me r
