Box 836, Stuart, Florida 33494, its successors and assigns, free and clear of all claims of lien and interest therein of the aforesaid claimants, all my right, title, and interest in and to the following described real estate lying and being in St. Lucie, County, Florida, to wit: . The East Half (E 1/2) of the East Half of the Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) of the Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) of Section Thirty (30) Town- ship Thirty-five South (35 S) Range Forty East (40 E), less and excepting the South 400 feet thereof . TRACT 2. Begin at a point on the right-of-•~aay line of - Edwards Road, 20 feet West of the Southeast corner of the South Half (S 1/2) of the West Half (W 1/2) of the East Half (E 1/2) of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) of Section Thirty (30) Township Thirty- five South (35 S) Range Forty East (40 E); from said point of beginning run thence North parallel to the East line of the West Half (W 1/2) of the East Half (E 1/2) of the Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) of said Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) to a point 20 feet West of the East line of the West Half (W 1/2) of the East Half (E 1/2) of the Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) of said North- east Quarter (NE 1/4) and 175 feet South of the South line of the Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) of the Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) of said Northeast ~ Quarter (NE 1/4), thence run East 20 feet to the ~ East line of the West Half (W 1/2) of the East ~ Half (E 1/2) of the Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) ~ of said Northeast Quarter; thence run South j along said line to the right-of-way of Edwards ~ Road; thence r~zn West 20 feet to the point of beginning, lying in Section Thirty (30) Town- ship Thirty-fiv~ Se~th (35 S) Range Forty East (40 E). ` TRACT 3.
