19b8, by and betMeen H. J. HOWZB and LAURA B. HOWZE, hia xife, ~
hereafter referred to aa Vendora, and DANIEL FANIA and ANNA M.
FANIA, his wife, hereafter referred to sa Purchaaera,
WITNESSETH:
That in consideration of the mutual promiaes and covenants
contained in this Agreement and other valuable conaiderationa
paaaing between the parties to it, the Vendors agree to sell and
the Purchasera agree to buy the folloNing-deacribed property ait=
u~te, lying and being in St. Lucie County, F2orida: -
Lota 1, 2 and 3, Block 12, Fort Pierce
Heights, a Subdivision as per plat thereoP
recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 39, public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
The total purchase price of the property shall be the sum
of NINE THOUSAND ($9,000.00) DOLLARS, payable as folloxs: ~
