- RELEASE OF LESSEE'S INTEREST ,
M& J Radiator Works, Inc. , a corporation existing under the
laws of the State of F'lorida, as assignee of the lessee's interest under that
certain unrecorded lease dated January 8, 1959, whereby Mrs. W. C. Boone,
a single adult, leased the following described property:
t.ot 5 of Block 2 of CARLTON'S ADDITION, as per
plat thereof on file in Plat Book 1 at page 168 of the
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
to Tom Childers, as Trustee for M& J Radiator Works, Inc. , as shown
in that certain~assignment of lease dated March 2, 1959, filed April 1, 1959
in Miscellaneous Book-13 at page 321, whereby the said Tom Childers, as
Trustee for M& J R.adiator Works, Inc. , assigned said lease to M& J
Radiator Works, Inc. , does hereby release any and all of its interest in
the above described property to the said Mrs. W. C. Boone, also known as
Ruth Taylor Boone. ~
