" ASSIGNMENT OF JUDGMENT

~ STATE OF FLORIDA, COUNTY OF ST. LUCIE
KNOW ALL N~EN BY THESE PRESENTS, That we, 0. J. POWELL trading and
doing business as O.J. POWELL CC~+(PANY, and E. C. COLLINS JR., of the State
of Florida, in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars (~10.00) and other
valuable considerations to us paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknow-
ledged, do herebp assign, transfer and convey unto INDIAN RIVER TRADING
CORPORATIQN OF FI~ORIDA, Yiithout recourse, a certain ~ud~nnent recovered by
us in the Circuit Court of Palm Beach County, Florida, against D.A.D.,INC.,
a Florida corporation, and E.Z.E., INC., a Florida corporation, on the
1$th day of August, 1966, for $22,500.00, and $57•00 costs, recorded in
Book 116, C.C.M., page 2$1, of the public records of Palm Beach County,
Florida; and that certain Ariendment to Final Judgment recovered by us in
the Circuit Court of Palm Beach County, Florida, against D.A.D.,I1~C., a
Florida cor~oration, ar_d E.Z.E., IlJC., a Florida corporation, on the 9th
dap of September, 1966, for ~331$.75, said Amendment to Jud~nent being
recorded in Book 116, C.C.M., page 43$, of the public records of Palm
Beach County, Florida; and we hereby authorize and empower the said INDIe1N
RIVER TRADING CORPORATION OF FLORIDA, the assignee, to sue on, collect and
recover the full amount of said jud~ment, and take such action or proceed-
ings thereon as it may see fit or expedient; hereby giving and granting ;
unto the said assignee all right, title or interest which we have in and' ±
to said judgment; and the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Palm Beach County,
Florida, is hereby requested and authorized to.record this instrument, to
the end that said judgment may be properly assigned, transferred and con-
veyed to the said INDIAN RIVER TRADING CORPORATION OF FLORIDA, its suc-
cessors and assigns.

of Plaintiffs against Consolidated Development Corporation, a Florida
corporation, formi,ng a part of the same judgment, and Amendment to Jud~r?ent.
