Each monthly installment paid hereunder shall be first -
applied to interest at the applicable rate on the ~

v~ithour penalty.
Each maker and endorser eeverally waives demand, protest and ~eti.ce :
of matuzity, non-payment or portest, and all requirements neces~aYy
±c Y~~ld each of them liable as makera and endorsers.
Each maker and endorser further agrees, jointly and severally, to
p~y all costs of collection, including a reasonable attorneyts fee
ir, case ttie principal of this Note or any payment on the principal
or any inteYest thereon is not paid at the respective maturity
th~:eof, or in case it becomes necessary to protect the seeuriYy
hexeof, whether suit be brought or not. ~
Th~s Note and deforzed interest payments shall bear interest a~ the •
zate of ten per cent (109~) per annum from maturity until paid,
'~his Note is secured by a first mortgage of even date herewith and
is to be construed and enforced according to the laws of the S~ate ~
of Florida; upon defa~lt in the payment of principal and/or interest
~ due on any Note secured by said Mortgage, all notes so secured and
renaining unpaid shall forthwith become due and paycable nothwith-
standing their tenor.
