4. Toper~n~t, oommit, or suffer no waste, impairment or deterioration of said prope~ty, or any part thereof, end upon
the fsilure of the aartgagors to keep the buildings on said propecty in good condition of sepair, the Association may demand the
immediate repair of said bnildings or the immediate repayment of the debt hereby secured, and the failure of the mortgagors
to comply with said demand of the Association for a period of Thirty (30) days, sball constitute a breach of this mortga e, ~
