BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, authorized to administer
oaths and take acknowledgments, personally appeared this date Ruth Taylor
Boone, who after being by me first du13• sworn deposes and says:
1. She has personal knowledge of all facts stated herein.
2. That she is the widaw of W. C. Boone, deceased, and that
she and the said W. C. Boone were the grantees named in that certain
warranty deed dated October 1947, filed October 20, 1947, in Deed Book
138 at page 478, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida; in which
Wallace Sample and Helen Sample, his wife, were the grantors, and which
conveyed the following described property:
Lot 5, Block •2, CARLTON'S ADDITION TO FORT PIERCE,
as per plat thereof on file in Plat Book 1 at page 168 of
the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
- 3. That she was married to the said W. C. Boone at the tune of
the execution ~of the aforementioned warranty deed, and that this marital
relationship continued without interruption until the said W. C. Boo3~e
departed this life on April 10, 1955.
