thereof on file in Plat Book 1 at Page 168 of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, more particularly described as:
Commencing at the intersection of the westerly right of way line of U. S. Highway
No. 1 and the southerly right of way line of Orange Avenue and run theace South 0~
00'19" West along the weaterly right of way line of U. S. Highway No. 1 a distance
of 98.98 feet to the northeast corner of said Lot 5 and the point of beginning of the
property herein described; from said point of beginning run thence North 89°19'41"

0°00'19" West a distance of 50 feet to the southwest corner of said Lot 5; thence
