THA T the common boundary between the parti~e s, linnited to the
north line of the premises to be conveyed to Southland, shall remain open
and unobstructed to provide free ingress and egreas for the parties and
their invitees across the respective front parking lots; and further
THAT this agreement shall continue until the 15th day of
August , 1973, on which date it shall terminate and be
of no further force or effect; and further
THAT the above restrictions and privileges shall bind and inure
to the benefit of all successors and assigns of the parties as covenatrts
running with the land during the te~rmof this agreement.
