For and in consideration of the sum of ZWSLVE HUNDRED DOLLARS
($1,200.00), in hand paid, receipt and sufficiency of which is
hereby acknowledged, GIRL'S COTTAGE & CAI~II' ASSOCIATIO~TT OF ST. LUCIE
COUNTY, INC., a Florida corporation not for profit, hereinafter
referred to as "GRAN'1'OR", does hereby grant and convey unto CITY OF
~_.m FORT PIERCE, a mwnicipal corporation existing under the laws of the
State of Florida, its succeasors and assigna, hereinafter referred
~ W to as "GRANTEB", the right to canstruct, maintain, inapect, operate,
Q~ protect, repair, replace, change .the size of, or remave a pipeline or
pipelines and appurtenances, for the transportatian of natural gas,
r~ ~ oil, petroleum products or any other liquids, gases or aubstances
which can be transported through a pipeline; together with the right
z of ingress and egress to and from the same for the purposes aforesaid,
over, under, through and across the follawing described lands, of
» which the Grantor warrants it is the awner in fee simple, situate in
St. Lucie County, State of Florida, to-wit;
STATE OF ROWOA A strip of land 50 feet wide extending through the

#71 (Ten Mile Creek) right of way.
TO HAVE AND TO AOLD said right of w~.y and easement unto said
Grantee, its successors and assigns forever.
IT IS AGREED that the pipeline or pipelines to be laid under
this grant shall be lawered in depth by Grantee in the eve~nt that -
a spur railroad track, road or highway is canstructed upon said
above described premises.
The Grantor agrees not to build, construct or create, or
pexmit others to build, construct or create any buildings or other
~ structures within ten (10) feet on each side of the pipeline or

~ pipelines to be constructed upon the above described property.

~ It is agreed that the pipeline or pipel~es to be laid vader
~ this grant shall be constructed at sufficient depth belaw the
surface af the ground to permit normal cultivation, and Grantor
~ shall have the right to fully use and en~oy the above described
premises, subject to the rights herein granted.
Grantee shall dispose of trees and timber not needed for
construction.of the pipeline by cutting tree trunks and larger limbs
in lengths of no less than 8 feet, and shall stack same along the
edge of the right of way, and all brush, trimmings, and stumps,
removed from the ditch line shall be.burned or disposed of in a
~ manner acceptable to Grantor. And payment due hereunder, if any,
~ may be made direct to the said Grantor.
~ Further, this easement is made for the purpose of giving
and granting to the Grantee, its successors and assigns, a right of
way and easement in and to said lands for the purposes set out above,
and in the event such use by Grantee be discontinued or abandoned,
the hereby granted a~sement shall automatically terminate.
