That plaintiff was at the time of instituting of this action a bona fide resident in good staAd~ng of Johnson Countq, Kansas, and that she had maintained such residenca for more thaa one year next precediAg the filing of plaintiff's petftioa for divorce. 2. That the parties were lawfully married to each other on . ~ the 27th daq of June, 1941. ~ 3. That the plaintiff and the defendant are the parents of three children whose names and dates of birth are as follows: Judith Ann Loveless, born March 21, 1945; Jeanne Louise (Loveiess3. Durbian, bora May 23, 1948, a~nd James Barrett Loveless, born January 25, 1951; but that Jeanne Louise Durbian having been married on May . 26, 1966, to FYank Durbian, and Judith Ann Loveless naw beiag over 21, the only child who now remains as a dependent child of the parties is James Barrett Loveless now the age of 15~ years. 4. T'tsat the facts alleged in plaintiff's petition~are true _ ~ and that defendant has disregarded his marriage vows and obliga- ~ ~ tione and has been guilty of gross neglect of duty and extreme cruelty tawards~the plaintiff and that plaintiff is entitled to a ~ divorce as prayed for. S. That plaintiff a~ad defendant have entered into a written agree~m~ent and aettlement of their marital and property rights en- titled "Separation and Property Settlement Agreem~ent" dated August 25, 1966, duly exscuted and acknowledged by them, which agreement hae been intYOduced in avidence, marl~ced Plaiatiff's Exhibit A as aforesaid and oubmitted to the court for consideration.
