IT 1S FURTHBR ORDBRBD that t3~e order enoered bp this Court on
ttbe 25th day of Octiober, 1965. with reference m temporary alimony and the
temporary care and eupport oi the ~nninor chiklren and the restraining provisions
af such order issued a~ia,et the defendant, be and the same is hereby dissolved
and that no furtlyer payments are required to be made by th~e defendant thereunder.
1T LS FURTHBR ORDBRSD tt~at the pa.rties are prohibi~ed from contracttng
marri~age with any ather persons wntil sizty (60) days after tbg entry o# this decree
and, if an appeal is taloea, thea until the receipt of the ma,ndate from the Supreme r~
_ Court in accordaace with K.S.A. 60-2106 (c); any marriage contracteci before the
expiration of dlat period shall be null and void, and any agreement to waive the
r~ght of appeal $hall not be effective to shorten such period of ti~me .

any obligation of the defendant for atborneys fees and expenses of the wife in con- ~

Settlement Agreement or to the prosecution by plaintiff of d~is proceeding.
