THIS IND$NTURS, Made this 29th day of August, 1968, between
MARJORI$ T. WILLES, as Sxecutrix of the $state of William $manuel
Tylander, deceased, GRANTOR, and TYLANDffit R$NTALS, INC., whose
mailing address is P. O. Box 309, Ft. Pierce, Florida 33450, GRANTS$:
WITN8SS8TH: That, -
WASR$AS, William Smanuel Tylander, late of the City of Fort
Pierce in the County of St. Lecie and State of Florida, deceased,
in hia lifeti.me made and executed his Last Will and Testament dated
Feb~ruary 12, 1960, whereby, among other things, he constituted and
appointed MARJORI$ T. WILLES as Bxecutrix of his Last Will and
Testament and did thereby empower said Executrix to sell and dis-
pose of the real estate belonqinq to said testator at the-time of
his death; said Will was admitted to probate on the 23rd day of
November, 1960, by the County Judge's Court of St. Lucie County,
Florida; and
Z o WH$RSAS, on August 26, 1968, an Order was entered in the
~ County Judge's Court of St. Lucie County, Florida, authorizing
~ and directing the Grantor herein to convey the hereinafter described
property to the Grantee herein;

NOW, THERBFORS, the said Grantor, by virtue of the power and
authority given to her in and by said Last Will and"Testament and
~~~L in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good
a and valuable considerations, and pursuant to said Order by the
y~ County Judge's Court dated August 26, 1968, does hereby grant,
bargain, sell and convey unto the said TYLAIIDffit R$NTALS. INC., its
successors and assigns forever, all the real estate being in St.
Lucie County, State of Florida, described as follows:

F according to the plat thereof on file in Plat

TO HAVS AND TO HOLD the same together with all the hereditaments
and appurtenances thereto belonginq or in anywise appertaining, and
all the estate, right, title, interest, claiua and demand whatsoever
which the said decedent had at the time of his death to the said
Grantee, its successors and assigns forever.
