` Southeasterly direction some 34 chains, more or less, to the Northeast
corner of the land of Albert Er•nst Schaef, run thence along the North line
of Schaef's land, West 40.20 chains, more or less to the West line of the
East half of the Northeast quarter of Section 30, same townshig and Range,
thence run North along the said West line of the East half of the Northeast
- Quarter of Section 30, a distance of 25.50 chains more or less, to the
Section line between Sections 19 and 30, thence run East along said Section
line a distance of 29.50 chains, more or less, to the place of beginning.
Together with Riparian Rights.
EXCEPTING therefrom any rights of way for public roads and Intracoastal
Waterway.
