WARRANTY DEED

MADE this 16th day of Map, 196~, between J. B. & C. REALTY
& DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, a Corporation organized and existing
under and by the virtue of the laws of the State of North Caro- ~
lina with its principal office located at Shelby, of the Countp
of Cleveland, and State of North Carolina, party of the first
part, and BERNARD SCHEREL and wife;-RENA SCHEREL , of ~2 west ~eth ~
St.New York City, State of New York, parties of the second part.
W I T N E S S E T H:
THAT THE SAID PARTY OF THE FIRST PART, for and in considera-
tion of the swn of Ten ($10.00) Dollars and other good and valuable
consideration, to them in hand paid by the said parties of the second
part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have granted,
bargained and sold to the said parties of the second part, their
heirs and assigns forever, all its undivided one fourth interest
in the following described land, situate, lying and being in the
County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, to wit:
The North 1/2 of the Southwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4
~ Section 1$, Township 35 South, Range 39 East, less the East
~ 14 feet thereof; also excepting therefrom ail rights-of-way
€ for drainage canals and public roads, said lands lying and _
~ being in St. Lucie County, Florida.~

And the said partp of the first ~part do hereby fully warrant
the title to said land, and will defend the same against the law-
ful claims of all persons whomsoever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said party of the first part has
caused these presents to be signed in its name by its President
and its corp~rate seal to be hereto affixed and attested by its
secretary the day and year first above written, all in pursuance
of authority dulq given by resolution of the Board of Directors
