k . 22. RELEASE CIAISE: Provided that this mortgage and the ~

in any respect, the Mortgagee agrees to release landa frow the
lien hereof as folloors : -
A. At such time as the Mortgagor has pa~d on accoumt
of the principal mortgage indebtednesa the sum of $80,482.05,
it shall be entitled to receive from the M~ortgagee a release
releasing Parcel 5 above described.

~ receive a release of contiguous parcels to Parcel S;~that
