the City of Vero Beach, Florida, hereinafter designated as the "Mortg+agee' :
WSEREAS, Martg+agnrs executed a mortgiage to Mortg~agee, dated

records, which mortg+age secured p~ayment of the sum of $6, 500. 00, and,
