Any deficiency in the amount of such aggreg~ate monthty payment

~ 13. If, however, the monthty payments made by the Mortg~ag+~r under
(a) of above precedi»g ~amgraph shatl not be sufficient to pay tazes and
assessments and insumnce ~rremiums, as the case may be, when the same
shatt become due and ~iayable, then the Mortgag~or shalt pay to the Mortg+a~*ee
any amount necessary to make up the deficiency, on ar before the c~te when
payment of such iaxes, assessments or insurance premiums ~kalt be due.
This Addendum to Mortgiage is executed for the purpose of adrling
` the above mentioned provisions in said mortg+age, and therefore, no
documentury stamp irixes a»d no ininngible taxes h.ave been paid on this
Addena~um to Mortg~age.
It is uruie~rstood and agreed that said ~irior mortg~age dated August 1,
~ 1968, is rrot hereby aZtered or modi,~'ied, except as to the addition of the
