and between HOLIDAY OUT IN AMffitICA AT ST. LUCI$, INC., a Florida
corporation, Grantor, of the County of St.Lucie and State of Florida,
party of the First Part, and CARL W. SORTNSEN AND WIFTs, RUTH M.
SOR8NS~1, Grantees, whose Post Office Address is 320 ~ast Drive, North
Miami Beach, Florida, parties of the Second Part:

That the party of the First Part, for and in consideration of
the sum of Ten Dollars and other qood and valuable considerations, to
it in hand paid by the parties of the Seco~d Part, the receipt whereof
is hereby acknawledged, has granted, bargained, and sold to the sain
Parties of the Second Part, their heirs, and assigns forever, the
following described real property, and rights and interests as set
forth below an+d in real property located and situate in the County of
St. Lucie and State of Florida, to wit: •
Condominium Parcel: Block # H, Lot 11, of HOLIDAY OUT AT
ST. LUCIS, a condominium, according to the Declaration of
Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 168,
at page 1348 of the public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida. As provided for by the Condominium act of the
Tw~: i.~.ai h~w+ Statutes of the State of Florida (Chapter 711, et seq.1965) ,
n~r ~r said description in this conveyance includes, but is not
P.a limited to, all appurtenances to the condominium parcel above
described, including the limited common elements assigned
thereto, and including the undivided interest in the common
elements of said Co~dominium.
This Conveyance is subject to the following:
1. Taxes and assessments for the year 1968 and subsequent years.
2. Conditions, restrictions, limitations and easements of record.
3. The Declaration of Condominium and exhibits attached
thereto and the Articles of Incorporation of the Association
named in said Declaration of Condomi~iium.

respect to the name of the Grantee, Ruth M. Sorense.~, incorrectly shown
as Marie T. Sorensen in deed dated March 10, 1968, of record in OR Book
172, page 2541, St. Lucie County, Florida.
The benefits at~d obligations hereunder shall inure to and be
binding upon the tieirs, executors, administrators, successors of the
Grantees and the Grantor does warrant the title to all the premises
hereby conveyed, and will defend the same against the lawful claims of
all persons whomsoever.
IN WITNFSS ~EOF, the said HOLIDAY OUT IN AMERICA AT ST. LUCIE,
~ INC., a Florida corporation, has icaused these presents to be executed
by its President and to be attested by its corporate seal affixed
