State of Florida, the eetimated value of which is in exeesa ot ~50,000.00.
2. That your petitioner, Brooks F: McCaoe, Kae aamed by the
testatrix, Margaret Ward McCabe, as one of the Domiciliary Executora
of her Last Will and Testament and he was approvea a~ the aole Executor
by the Order of the County Court of Jefferson County, West Virginia,
on April 15, 1967.
