~ Yirginia, waa this day, April lsth, 196?, offered for probate in
~ said office, and it appearing that there are no 8ubscribing wit- ~
v. nesses thereto, same was fully proved this day in said office by
James W. Strider and Philip T. Porterfield, Jr., two competent,
disinterested witnesses, familiar with the handwrfting of the said
testatrix, who made oath in due form of law, that to the best oP
~ their knowledge and belief said writfng is whollq and entirely in
the handwriting of the said testatrix.
~ Thereupon it is ordered that said writin~ bearing dates
~ as aforesaid be recorded as and for the Last Will and Teetament
and codicil therato of Nlargaret '~Tard McCabe, deceased.
