Strider, two of the subscribing wit- nessea thereto, who made oath in due fortn of law, that the afore.. said testatrix, in Lheir presence, signed, published and declared said writing as an~ for her Last Will and Testament, that they sub scrfbed their names as witnesaes thereto, aL the request of the said testatrix, in her presence, and in the presence of each other, ~ all signing at the same time, that they believe said testatrix waS of~sound sense and memory at the time of so doing, and over the age of twenty-one years. A second paper writing, bearing date of January 19th, 1963, purporting to be a Codicil to the Last Will and Testament oP Margaret Ward McCabe, late of Charle9 Town, Jefferson County, West Virginia, was this day, April 15th, 19~6?, offered for probate in v, said office, and it appearing that there are no. subscribing wit- neases thereto, same was fully proved this daq in said office bp James W.
